Functioning:

The magazine trolley with unlabeled bag-stack is manually attached to hoisting device. The enabling takes place automatically with correct locking. 

 After activating the start pushbutton the transport arm pivots and lowers until attaching to the stack. A proximity sensor stops lowering of unit and starts the suck activity.

 Through the accured vacuum the empty bag can be raised up and put on the conveyor belt with a pivot arm.

In this position the pivot arm operates a switch, which interupts the vacuum, the bag lays down on the conveyor belt.

Using a downholder, the bag is directed to the print head where a light barrier activates the labeling process. The unit is equipped with a blockade detector to monitor the faultless transport. Acoustic and / or optical alarm will occur in case of "blockade" or "empty magazine".
