The mechanical design of the embossing
head makes it possible for the user to freely define the embossing
depth up to the maximum pressure..
The embossing wheel used is persuasive from both a technological
and an economic point of view. It can be fitted with up to 80
discrete pieces of type. Apart from the fact that this kind of
type can be quickly and easily changed, the main advantage of
the embossing wheel is to be found in the protection it provieds

Flemming + Pehrsson embossing head embosses a chassis identification
number consisting of letters, numbers and the company logo. Any
sequence of numbers and letters can be selected.
This flexibility is achieved with electrical, computer-controlled
servo drives for the X-axis, type wheel and embossing ram. In
conjunction with the control and safty technology of the control
system we ensure controlled embossing with high repeat, line and
positioning accuracies.
